As an Office Helper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable office environment, supporting administrative functions, and contributing to a productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the office, including bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.

Follow safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries.

Report maintenance issues or repair needs.

Assist in organizing team activities and events.

Support basic administrative tasks: photocopying, scanning, filing, and meeting room setup.

Work independently while efficiently managing daily office upkeep.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Good spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
