As an Office Helper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable office environment, supporting administrative functions, and contributing to a productive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the office, including bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.

  • Follow safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

  • Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries.

  • Report maintenance issues or repair needs.

  • Assist in organizing team activities and events.

  • Support basic administrative tasks: photocopying, scanning, filing, and meeting room setup.

  • Work independently while efficiently managing daily office upkeep.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

  • Good spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.

  • Proactive with strong team spirit and a flexible approach to work hours.
