Job Title: Office Helper 

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Office Helper to support daily operations and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to both facility upkeep and administrative assistance, ensuring a smooth workflow across departments.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining a professional atmosphere and enjoys performing a variety of support tasks in a collaborative office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of the office, including workstations, common areas, and restrooms, to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment.

  • Support administrative staff with clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and basic data entry to improve team productivity.

  • Assist in the handling and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail/packages, keeping accurate records of all deliveries and shipments.

  • Ensure all office supplies and cleaning materials are well-stocked and organized.

  • Provide ad-hoc support to various departments as needed, contributing to overall office efficiency.

  • Uphold company cleanliness and professionalism standards at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic office technology.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks, priorities, and environments.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented workplace.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative support role is a plus.
