Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Office Coordinator to join a growing business support services company in Dubai, UAE. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys office administration, communicating with people, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Working Schedule:
Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (45-minute lunch break)

Salary: AED 5,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
Additional Benefit: Medical Insurance


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Schedule and coordinate staff shifts and appointments.

  • Handle incoming phone calls and email correspondence professionally.

  • Organize and maintain office files and documentation systems.

  • Support day-to-day administrative and customer service functions.

  • Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external contacts.


Requirements

  • Interest in office administration and customer service roles.

  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

  • Good computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word.

  • Disciplined, hardworking, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.

  • Valid UAE visa (Family Visa or Employment Visa required).
