Redmayne Smith Marketing LLC, a property investment firm founded by a group of seasoned investors with a multi-million-pound international portfolio, is expanding its operations to Dubai. We are actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Associate to support the daily functions of our fast-paced office environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong organizational and communication skills to join a growing company at the forefront of global property investment.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily office operations and logistics

Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed

Handle all incoming and outgoing office mail

Manage office facilities to ensure a smooth workflow

Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately or take accurate messages

Provide administrative support to HR, including scheduling meetings, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires

Act as a key contact for all administrative and operational matters

Assist with ad hoc projects and follow up on assigned tasks and action points
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

Previous experience working in a fast-paced office environment
