Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the clinic’s day-to-day operations.

• Assist in handling appointment scheduling, patient documentation, and front-desk duties.

• Support staff in daily workflow and coordination among departments.

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of office areas and supplies.

• Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

Who Should Apply:

• No prior experience needed – Full training will be provided.

• Must be a resident of Al Ain.

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.

• Basic computer literacy is essential (MS Office, email, etc.).

• Fluency in any of the following languages is an added advantage:

  • Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Marathi, Telugu, Bengali, Pashto, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, or Burmese
