Job Title: Office Assistant – Logistics & Transportation

Job Description:

Joban Transport LLC is a premier transportation and logistics company, specializing in freight and passenger transport with a focus on efficiency, safety, and reliability. We are looking for a motivated Office Assistant to join our team and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate transportation schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.

  • Maintain and update daily records of operations and completed tasks.

  • Assist in route planning and execution to optimize efficiency.

  • Communicate with dispatchers and customers for smooth operations.

  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.

  • Perform basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience: 0 – 1 year (fresh graduates welcome).

  • Gender: Male.

  • Salary: Competitive (in AED).
