ENGIE Solutions Middle East is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part of our growing business unit, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations through administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient office workflows.
Job Purpose:
The Office Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to professional staff. This role involves working independently or as part of a team, assisting with office management, documentation, record-keeping, and customer service tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for general office duties and assigned tasks from supervisors.

Answer phone calls, take messages, and address inquiries within scope.

Maintain records such as attendance, leave, and trip logs.

Handle financial documentation and perform basic mathematical computations accurately.

Use office equipment and technology efficiently (computers, MS Office, printers, scanners).

Maintain and organize files and documentation.

Perform printing, photocopying, mailing, and filing duties.

Create and send out contracts, invoices, and policy documents.

Support the team in creating reports, presentations, and data summaries.
QHSE Responsibilities:

Take reasonable care for your own health and safety, and ensure your actions do not impact others.

Follow company health and safety instructions and report any incidents or risks.

Use health and safety equipment appropriately and cooperate with company HSE initiatives.
