Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Office & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions while providing high-level support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a high level of professionalism, and demonstrates exceptional communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

  • Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.

  • Liaise with vendors and manage third-party service contracts.

  • Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and security protocols.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to internal departments.

  • Coordinate internal communications and act as a central point of contact across teams.

  • Offer personal and executive assistance to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and confidential tasks.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communication, or a related field.

  • Additional certifications in project management, finance, or executive assistance are a plus.

  • 1–3 years of experience supporting executives or founders, preferably in a dynamic or fast-paced industry.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.

  • Creative thinker with a professional demeanor and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license.

  • Based in the UAE.
