Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Office & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions while providing high-level support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a high level of professionalism, and demonstrates exceptional communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.

Liaise with vendors and manage third-party service contracts.

Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and security protocols.

Provide administrative and logistical support to internal departments.

Coordinate internal communications and act as a central point of contact across teams.

Offer personal and executive assistance to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and confidential tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communication, or a related field.

Additional certifications in project management, finance, or executive assistance are a plus.

1–3 years of experience supporting executives or founders, preferably in a dynamic or fast-paced industry.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.

Creative thinker with a professional demeanor and solution-oriented mindset.

Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license.

Based in the UAE.
