We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator & Supply Coordinator to oversee office operations, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining supplies, and ensuring a clean and efficient workspace. This role is vital for supporting the smooth daily operations of the office while ensuring cost-effective procurement of supplies.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring they are delivered to the correct recipients promptly and maintaining records of shipments and deliveries.

Monitor office supplies, identify low stock levels, and place orders to ensure an adequate supply of materials. Track office supply expenses to ensure cost-effective procurement.

Maintain an organized and professional office environment by keeping workspaces, common areas, and restrooms clean and orderly.
