Job Title: Office Administrator & Front Desk Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator & Front Desk Executive to manage front desk duties and support daily administrative operations. This role is key to creating a welcoming environment for clients and maintaining efficient office workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Reception: Greet guests, handle incoming calls, and respond to inquiries with professionalism

Office Management: Keep office areas organized, manage office supplies, and ensure smooth operation of office equipment

Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments, meeting calendars, and coordinate use of conference rooms

Data Entry: Accurately update and maintain records in company databases

File & Document Management: Organize both digital and physical files for easy access and security

Internal Communication: Draft, proofread, and distribute emails, memos, and official correspondence

Travel & Expense Coordination: Assist with travel bookings and process expense reports

Executive Support: Provide calendar, document, and administrative support to managers and senior staff

Event Support: Help organize internal meetings, events, and team-building initiatives
Skills & Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma required; associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus

Experience: Previous administrative or front desk experience preferred

Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
