Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track school and university applications, ensuring complete and accurate documentation

Follow up with schools, universities, and parents regarding application statuses

Coordinate with internal teams and external clients professionally and efficiently

Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and office organization

Schedule meetings and maintain appointment calendars
-
Prepare basic reports and maintain updated student records
-
Support various administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Previous experience in office administration or in school/university admissions preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
-
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
-
Chinese language skills are a plus but not required
-
Immediate availability is preferred
