Whizz HR is seeking a proactive Office Administrator to handle day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support executives, manage office operations, handle correspondence, and assist with reports and scheduling. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities / Highlights:

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.

Schedule meetings and appointments for executives.

Maintain and organize office records and files.

Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience in administrative roles (experience with billing/invoicing preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Familiarity with billing software or accounting principles is a plus.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
