Our client, a leading freight shipment brokerage firm for luxury cars in Dubai, is hiring a female Office Administrator to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in administrative functions within a corporate setting. This role involves front-desk duties, travel coordination, and administrative support for the Office and HR Managers.
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Support the Office Manager and HR Manager in managing day-to-day office operations, staff schedules, meetings, and visitor coordination.

Maintain organized physical and electronic records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all documents.

Coordinate travel bookings for staff and management (flights, accommodation, local transport, visa processing).

Assist in organizing team-building events, office celebrations, and company-wide activities.

Welcome and direct guests, clients, and vendors professionally while maintaining a tidy and hospitable reception area.

Order and manage office supplies and support basic HR admin tasks when needed.
✅ Candidate Requirements:

Female, aged 38 or below.

Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a corporate or office-based environment.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital filing systems.

Presentable, discreet, and capable of handling confidential information.

Must be currently based in the UAE and available for in-person interviews.
✅ Salary & Benefits:

Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month (all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications)
