Job Title: Office Administrator
Job Description:
We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth communication within the team and with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a great multitasker, and customer-focused, with experience in handling both administrative duties and front-desk responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:

Maintain inventory of office supplies and reorder as needed

Oversee maintenance and servicing of office equipment

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Administrative Support:

Prepare regular reports and maintain organized filing systems

Update office policies and coordinate with IT for office equipment needs

Assist in creating and maintaining documentation and forms
Communication:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Schedule appointments, plan meetings, and take meeting minutes

Draft and distribute internal and external communications
Customer Service:

Welcome and assist visitors professionally

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
Project Support:

Support with proposals, reports, and presentations

Conduct research and compile data for team projects
Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification as an Administrative Assistant is a plus)

Proven experience in administrative or office assistant roles

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
