Office Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations, ensure compliance with real estate regulations, and manage transaction documentation efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate administration and a strong understanding of Dubai’s property laws and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Drafting & Documentation: Prepare and manage property-related contracts, including Contract A, Contract B, Contract F, MOU, NOC, Form I, and other required documents via the Dubai Rest App.
Transaction Management: Ensure the timely completion of paperwork for smooth and efficient real estate transactions.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate rules and regulations to ensure full legal compliance.
Permit Management: Obtain and manage Trakheesi Permits for property advertisements.
Operational Support: Assist in daily administrative tasks to maintain team efficiency and smooth workflow.

Skills & Qualifications:

🔹 Experience: Proven experience as a Real Estate Administrator (preferred but not mandatory).
🔹 Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of property laws, real estate transactions, and compliance in Dubai.
🔹 Attention to Detail: Ability to manage documentation with high accuracy.
🔹 Organizational Skills: Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
🔹 Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with real estate apps and platforms like Dubai Rest App.
