You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of communication and supporting various departments with essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and route incoming phone calls efficiently.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.

Prepare and record detailed meeting minutes and agendas.

Draft, format, and distribute official correspondence, including emails, memos, letters, and forms.

Assist in compiling and preparing routine reports.

Organize and maintain an efficient filing and documentation system.
Skills and Competencies:

Solid understanding of office management procedures.

Hands-on experience with standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
