Role Overview:
This internship is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in office management and administrative coordination within a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and general office operations

  • Manage receptionist duties including welcoming visitors and maintaining the front desk area

  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to help manage customer data

  • Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and internal coordination

  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages efficiently

  • Assist in documentation and administrative support for HR and Accounts departments

  • Provide general support to various team members as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:
