Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and general office operations

Manage receptionist duties including welcoming visitors and maintaining the front desk area

Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to help manage customer data

Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and internal coordination

Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages efficiently

Assist in documentation and administrative support for HR and Accounts departments

Provide general support to various team members as needed
