As an Off Plan Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Advising clients on off-plan property purchases

Guiding them through the entire sales process, from inquiry to final transaction

Building and maintaining relationships with developers

Staying up to date with Dubai real estate trends and regulations

Meeting sales targets and preparing reports/forecasts
Qualifications & Skills
-
Proven experience in real estate sales, especially off-plan properties
-
Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-
Knowledge of Dubai’s property market and legal regulations
-
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)

Strong organizational and time management skills
