Neuberger Berman is offering an exciting Off Cycle Internship opportunity for a Client Associate in their Dubai office. This full-time, on-site role supports the Sales Team responsible for managing relationships with intermediaries, asset managers, insurance firms, sovereign wealth funds, and other institutional clients across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. This internship provides hands-on experience in client servicing, strategic business development, and investment product exposure across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales team with client servicing, market research, and strategic business initiatives.

• Support daily sales activities including presentation preparation, regulatory compliance, and client meeting follow-ups.

• Maintain CRM systems, update databases, run sales pipelines, and contribute to product/client mapping.

• Coordinate with internal departments including Portfolio Management, Compliance, Client Services, Marketing, and Legal.

• Help organize regional client events and assist in drafting call reports and follow-up tasks.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, professional environment.

• Eagerness to learn about asset classes, financial products, and sales processes.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• High integrity, curiosity, and ambition to learn and grow in the asset management industry.
