A prominent multidisciplinary pediatric, gynecology, and dental health center in Dubai is expanding its services and is seeking qualified professionals to join its growing team. This full-time, on-site opportunity invites applications from experienced healthcare and administrative professionals who are passionate about improving the well-being of others.

Available Positions & Responsibilities:

1. Occupational Therapist (OT)

  • Conduct patient assessments and create treatment plans.

  • Support individuals in developing, recovering, or maintaining essential daily living and work skills.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.

2. Physiotherapist (PT)

  • Diagnose and treat physical impairments or mobility issues.

  • Develop and implement therapy plans involving movement, exercise, and manual techniques.

  • Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.

3. Speech and Language Therapist (SLT)

  • Assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties.

  • Deliver therapy for both children and adults with communication challenges.

  • Work in coordination with educators and healthcare professionals.

4. Psychologist (Clinical / Educational)

  • Perform psychological assessments and develop intervention plans.

  • Address behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges.

  • Support children and families through therapy and counseling services.

5. Accountant

  • Maintain and analyze financial records.

  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, and compliance functions.

  • Collaborate with management to ensure financial efficiency.

6. Human Resources (HR)

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts.

  • Maintain HR policies, handle employee relations, and oversee training initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and clinic protocols.

Qualifications (for all positions):

  • Relevant academic qualifications and certifications.

  • Previous experience in the applied role is preferred.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Commitment to ethical, patient-focused care (for healthcare roles).
