The Doris Duan-Young Autism Center (DDY), located in Dubai Healthcare City, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary clinical team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments for pediatric patients

• Recommend and implement adaptive equipment and therapeutic activities to support daily living

• Develop and modify physical rehabilitation and treatment programs based on individual needs

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and statistics in compliance with professional guidelines

• Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure consistent care strategies

• Participate in continuous professional development and remain current with CPD/CME requirements

• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and quality standards within the center

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Minimum 2 years of pediatric clinical experience

• Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license or eligibility

• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills

• Skilled in assessments and writing detailed progress reports

• Knowledge and experience in Sensory Integration techniques

• Commitment to ongoing professional development
