The Doris Duan-Young Autism Center (DDY), located in Dubai Healthcare City, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join their multidisciplinary clinical team. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering a dynamic work environment focused on evidence-based, compassionate care for children with determination.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical assessments for pediatric patients

Recommend and implement adaptive equipment and therapeutic activities to support daily living

Develop and modify physical rehabilitation and treatment programs based on individual needs

Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly

Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and statistics in compliance with professional guidelines

Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure consistent care strategies
-
Participate in continuous professional development and remain current with CPD/CME requirements

Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and quality standards within the center
Skills & Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Minimum 2 years of pediatric clinical experience
-
Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license or eligibility
-
Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Skilled in assessments and writing detailed progress reports

Knowledge and experience in Sensory Integration techniques
