About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive O2C Intern to support our Shared Services Finance Team. This is a unique opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within the fast-paced and prestigious luxury retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding receivables and assist with open balance clearance

• Reconcile incoming funds and ensure timely updates of customer accounts

• Assist with manual petty cash bookings and documentation

• Maintain trackers and support performance metric reporting (KPIs)

• Collaborate with the team to enhance productivity and streamline processes

Requirements

• Recent graduate or up to 2 years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Effective communication and a team-player mindset

• Interest in finance operations within the luxury retail sector
