Gemstones Nursery is currently seeking a dedicated and fluent French-speaking Nursery Teacher to join their nurturing early childhood education team in Ajman. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for educators passionate about guiding young children using the British EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework. You’ll play a key role in shaping children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in a safe and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a nursery classroom independently.

• Plan and deliver daily lessons aligned with the British EYFS curriculum.

• Track each child’s developmental milestones and maintain accurate observation records.

• Create a warm, stimulating, and safe classroom environment.

• Maintain daily communication with parents regarding their child’s routine and progress.

• Supervise classroom cleanliness and hygiene in collaboration with support staff.

• Promote a respectful and inclusive classroom culture.

• Provide guidance and support to classroom assistant teachers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience as a lead nursery or early years teacher.

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written).

• Proficiency in English for communication with parents and colleagues.

• Strong lesson planning and classroom management abilities.

• Familiarity with the British EYFS curriculum is preferred.

• Currently residing in the UAE and willing to work in Ajman.
