Gemstones Nursery is looking for a passionate and qualified Nursery Teacher (English Speaker) to join their early years team in Sharjah. The role requires an enthusiastic educator who can create a nurturing learning environment for young children based on the British EYFS framework. The ideal candidate is creative, patient, fluent in English, and committed to child-centered learning.

This is a full-time on-site position ideal for candidates based in or near Ajman or Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English and Math lessons aligned with the EYFS framework

• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that fosters development

• Track and document children’s progress and learning outcomes

• Communicate effectively with parents and staff

• Participate in nursery events, training, and collaborative planning sessions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)

• Prior experience teaching in a nursery or foundation stage setting

• Familiarity with the British EYFS curriculum

• Passionate, nurturing, and child-centered teaching approach

• Cache Level 3 certification (preferred)

• Must be based in or near Ajman
