We are looking for a highly organized and proactive NOC Coordination Engineer to support a landmark bridge construction project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all No Objection Certificate (NOC) processes, ensuring timely approvals, regulatory compliance, and smooth coordination with utility providers and government authorities.

This is a key role requiring experience in infrastructure projects and familiarity with local authority submission systems and processes in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit NOC applications to relevant authorities (e.g., RTA, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, DM).

• Coordinate closely with utility providers and government bodies to obtain timely NOC approvals.

• Review and validate technical drawings and documentation for NOC submissions.

• Monitor the status of applications, follow up with stakeholders, and resolve queries or rejections.

• Maintain detailed records of NOC applications, approvals, and communication history.

• Ensure all processes comply with Dubai’s regulations and project specifications.

• Work closely with design, construction, and planning teams to integrate NOC timelines with project schedules.

• Attend coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and authorities.

• Support in obtaining road closures, traffic diversion approvals, and work permits where necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in NOC coordination on infrastructure or bridge projects in the UAE.

• In-depth knowledge of Dubai authority procedures and systems (e.g., RTA eNOC platform).

• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and utility layouts.

• Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 13,000 – 16,000/month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
