Stryker is seeking a highly skilled New Technology Specialist (NTS) to lead the rollout and adoption of cutting-edge neurovascular technologies across the ME&A region, including KSA, UAE, Egypt, GME, and South Africa. This pivotal role will focus on technical expertise, KOL engagement, and driving new technology business pipelines in the Neurovascular division.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

🧠 Technical Expertise & Training

• Serve as the subject matter expert for complex neurovascular aneurysm treatments.

• Upskill sales teams to independently support complex cases and new technology adoption.

• Coordinate physician in-service presentations, workshops, training sessions, and proctorships aligned with the E-skill lab program.

📈 Strategic Account Management

• Work with local sales organizations to develop strategies targeting accounts for new technology adoption.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Identify and develop emerging physician advocates and network globally.

📊 Market Intelligence & Collaboration

• Provide market intelligence insights to the Marketing team, focusing on clinical practice trends and competitor activities.

• Coordinate Voice of Customer (VOC) and Market Advisory Board (MAB) activities internally.

• Foster high-level cooperation and transparent communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Undergraduate degree preferred; advanced degree in medical or technical field is a plus.

• Minimum 6+ years experience in medical device sales or marketing.

• Deep technical knowledge in the neurovascular interventional field.

• Proven sales success in neurovascular technology is advantageous.

• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

• Experience with product launches and driving adoption of innovative medical technologies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable in complex organizational structures.
