Falconpack, a leader in packaging solutions, is seeking a New Product Development (NPD) Specialist to join their team in Sharjah, UAE. This full-time, on-site position focuses on driving innovation and executing new product ideas across various FMCG categories.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying market gaps, analyzing industry trends, developing product concepts, and managing the end-to-end product development process—from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for new product development.

• Generate and pitch new product ideas that align with company strategy.

• Conduct feasibility studies including cost analysis and pricing strategy.

• Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to create and test prototypes.

• Organize customer trials, gather feedback, and implement improvements.

• Assess ROI, pricing strategies, and potential market performance of new products.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in NPD or product development, preferably within the FMCG sector (e.g., food, beverage, personal care).

• Strong understanding of R&D coordination, packaging, and testing processes.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

• Familiarity with sustainability trends and clean-label product concepts is preferred.

• Strong project management, creative thinking, and communication skills.
