Chalhoub Group is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Emirati Buying Trainee to join our New Gen Emiratisation Program. This is a full-time opportunity for UAE Nationals to gain hands-on experience in the fashion and luxury retail sector. As part of our dynamic omnichannel buying team, you will assist in product selection, sales analysis, and in-season trading, while collaborating across departments to ensure seamless retail operations.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

Buying Support

• Assist with seasonal buy planning, trend research, and assortment curation tailored to local markets

• Prepare buy files, collection overviews, and competitor analyses

• Track industry trends, consumer behavior, and influencer activity

In-Season Merchandising

• Monitor weekly sales to identify bestsellers and optimize stock flow

• Support product launch calendars and stock allocation strategies

• Recommend markdown and pricing adjustments based on performance

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate with Retail, E-commerce, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams

• Ensure accuracy in product data, pricing, and purchase order tracking

• Compile reports and assist in internal presentations

🔸 Ideal Candidate:

• UAE National (Emiratisation) with a Bachelor’s in Fashion, Business, or related field

• Passionate about fashion, retail, and luxury customer experience

• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; data tools are a plus

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
