U X E Security Solutions L.L.C is seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to manage and maintain network and security systems in Dubai. This role involves ensuring reliable performance of video surveillance infrastructure, troubleshooting network issues, administering Linux-based systems, and supporting Office 365 and Active Directory operations. The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and experienced in security system network management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure continuous uptime and reliable performance of video surveillance and network systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN network and device-level issues.

• Administer employees’ laptops, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune.

• Integrate surveillance systems with existing IT and network infrastructure.

• Conduct network performance assessments, capacity planning, and optimizations.

• Monitor network devices and system health using infrastructure tools.

• Maintain Linux-based systems for network management, logging, and storage.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and procedures.

• Provide on-site or remote support, performing root cause analysis during disruptions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in network support, technical support, or security systems engineering.

• In-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, VLANs, and IP networking.

• Hands-on experience with NVRs, DVRs, MDVRs, and IP-based surveillance systems.

• Proficiency in Linux OS (Ubuntu, Rocky, CentOS preferred).

• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and edge device management.

• Technical certifications in network administration or electronic security systems preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
