noon, the region’s leading consumer commerce platform, is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to manage and support critical infrastructure across its facilities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring 7–10 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, cloud technologies, and voice systems, and will play a vital role in optimizing operations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise

• Design, implement, and manage PBX/VoIP systems, SIP trunks, and call center solutions.

• Configure routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco ASA, FTD), wireless controllers, and load balancers.

• Manage telephony platforms: Microsoft Teams, Asterisk, CUCM, UCCX, etc.

• Oversee cloud network management on Azure and AWS.

• Maintain Zabbix, NetFlow, and Syslog-based monitoring solutions.

• Provide 24/7 operational support and lead network-related projects and deployments.

Network Infrastructure

• Deploy and maintain SDWAN solutions (Cisco Meraki) and IPAM systems.

• Support VPN, network security, NAC, and advanced firewall configurations.

• Lead infrastructure installations across warehouse and remote site locations.

Cloud & Automation

• Administer and optimize Azure-based virtual networks.

• Implement automation and patching tools, including Tenable, Cisco, and Microsoft platforms.

Support & Optimization

• Offer Tier 3 support, conduct root cause analysis, and lead vendor engagements.

• Track ISP and hardware licensing for infrastructure management.

Documentation & Process

• Create playbooks, technical SOPs, and RCA documents.

• Manage change documentation and technical records for audit readiness.

Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of relevant network engineering experience.

• Strong technical background in Cisco networking, VoIP, and Azure/AWS.

• Certifications: CCNA, CCNP (Enterprise/Collaboration), Cisco Meraki, Azure Cloud (preferred).

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Nexus, Catalyst, ASA/FTD, and voice gateways.
