Royal Class is hiring an experienced Network Engineer to support and secure our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be proficient in network management, system support, cloud monitoring, and CCTV/security systems, with a strong background in troubleshooting and maintaining high-performing systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:
Network Management

• Configure and maintain internal/external networks, VPNs, and firewalls.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.

System Support & Debugging

• Support Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.

• Perform system debugging and resolve technical issues.

Endpoint Management & Security

• Implement MDM across devices (laptops, mobiles, desktops).

• Manage browser, app, and device security configurations.

• Enforce patch management and software updates.

Cloud Monitoring & Infrastructure

• Monitor cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and virtual environments.

• Implement automated backups and disaster recovery strategies.

Security Systems & CCTV

• Install and manage CCTV systems and video surveillance tools.

• Integrate with access control and monitoring systems.

Technical Support

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Log, track, and resolve support tickets and recurring issues.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain technical documentation for networks, configurations, and systems.

• Generate system performance and security reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise

• Proficiency with firewalls, routers, VPNs (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto).

• Experience with Wireshark, Sysinternals, and network monitoring tools.

• Familiar with cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.

• Hands-on experience with CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis).

Security & Compliance

• Endpoint protection, MDM tools, encryption, antivirus solutions.

• Understanding of data protection and compliance (e.g., GDPR).

Experience & Certifications (Preferred)

• Proven background in IT support or systems administration.

• Certifications:

  • CompTIA Network+ / Cisco CCNA

  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

  • CISSP (a plus)

Soft Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in fast-paced environments.
