This full-time on-site role requires a professional with hands-on expertise in network management, troubleshooting, security enforcement, and cloud networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain enterprise network hardware (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto)

• Monitor network performance using tools such as PRTG or SolarWinds

• Implement network security policies and disaster recovery procedures

• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WiFi issues across departments

• Manage VPNs, VLANs, routing protocols (BGP/OSPF), and unified communications

• Coordinate with ISPs and external tech vendors

• Maintain updated documentation, network topology, and patch logs

• Provide user support and ensure minimal downtime

Required Technical Skills:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in enterprise network administration

• CCNA/CCNP certified or equivalent

• Proficiency with Cisco IOS/NX-OS

• Knowledge of Windows & Linux server environments

• Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure)

• Strong command of IDS/IPS, firewall rules, and SIEM tools

• VoIP, SD-WAN, and unified comms experience preferred

Bonus/Preferred:

• Familiarity with UAE cybersecurity laws

• Arabic language skills

• Experience with SD-WAN deployment
