CX Labs is seeking a warm, professional, and experienced Nanny to join their household in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who genuinely loves working with children and can provide a nurturing, safe, and developmentally supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and able to assist with daily routines while fostering early childhood growth through structured play and educational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care, including feeding, bathing, changing, and ensuring child safety.

• Plan and lead age-appropriate learning, play, and recreational activities.

• Support developmental milestones through structured play, reading, and exercises.

• Keep children’s areas (bedroom, play zones, belongings) tidy and organized.

• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks.

• Maintain daily routines, including naps, activities, and bedtime schedules.

• Monitor health, administer medication if authorized, and supervise outings or appointments.

• Communicate regularly with parents about development, progress, and behavior.

• Travel with the family when required.

• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of professional nanny/childcare experience.

• Fluent in English.

• Excellent references from previous families or employers.

• Non-smoker.

• Patient, nurturing, energetic, and highly reliable.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Flexible and adaptable to family schedules and needs.
