Job Title: Mystery Shopper 

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and observant Mystery Shopper based in Fujairah to assess customer service standards across a variety of retail stores, restaurants, and service outlets. In this role, you will conduct anonymous visits, evaluate service quality, and provide unbiased reports to help businesses improve their customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned locations anonymously to evaluate staff behavior, service quality, and overall store environment.

• Follow specific scenarios and evaluation guidelines provided by the company.

• Document and report on employee conduct, cleanliness, product knowledge, and adherence to service protocols.

• Provide clear, objective, and detailed feedback after each visit.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity throughout all assignments.
