RG Media is seeking a passionate Multimedia Journalist with expertise in Web3, cryptocurrency, and business journalism to join their Dubai-based team. This full-time, on-site role involves creating timely, high-quality news content across multiple formats, including written articles, short-form social media videos, and a weekly podcast focused on crypto, blockchain, and business news.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pitch and write original, timely news stories under tight deadlines.

• Anchor and produce engaging, data-driven short-form vertical videos for social media.

• Host a weekly podcast discussing key events in crypto, blockchain, and business sectors.

• Conduct on-camera interviews with industry leaders, policymakers, and analysts.

• Deliver real-time coverage of breaking news impacting markets.

• Report from major industry events, conferences, and summits across the region.

• Collaborate with editors and social media teams for daily live sessions and expert interviews.

• Optimize content with SEO best practices and monitor social channels for breaking news.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of journalism experience, preferably in multimedia and business journalism with a focus on FinTech, Crypto, and Web3.

• Strong knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 technologies.

• Skilled in videography and editing for social media videos.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• On-camera experience is preferred.

• Arabic proficiency is a plus.

• Comfortable working shifts for breaking news coverage.

• A portfolio of crypto-related journalism and strong research skills is desirable.
