Stake, MENA’s fastest-growing real estate fintech startup, is hiring a Multimedia Designer to help bring our innovative brand to life across digital platforms. As part of our dynamic marketing team, you will be responsible for both graphic and video content creation, with a strong focus on social media, app assets, performance ads, and motion design.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Dubai, offering exposure to cutting-edge tools, AI-powered creative workflows, and real ownership of high-impact design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

🎨 Graphic Design:

• Design paid ads for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Snapchat

• Create branded visuals for organic social, email, blog headers, and website/app assets

• Develop compelling reports, pitch decks, and investor presentations

• Maintain Figma libraries, templates, and scalable design systems

• Produce engaging visuals for CRM campaigns and stakeholder content

• Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) to boost creative output

🎬 Video & Motion Content:

• Edit short-form content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

• Add motion graphics and animation to social and web videos

• Collaborate with the team to deliver interviews, explainer videos, and brand stories

• Keep video content optimized for platform standards, storytelling, and engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years experience in multimedia, marketing, or creative design

• Strong graphic design and video editing portfolio

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and motion tools (After Effects or Animate)

• Bilingual in English & Arabic

• Experience designing content for social media and paid ads

• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to work fast under deadlines

• Passion for AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and creativity
