Hold Media Agency, a dynamic creative hub based in Dubai, is seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to join its hybrid team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing engaging video, animation, and visual content for digital platforms, particularly social media (Instagram). This is a fantastic opportunity for a multimedia artist passionate about storytelling, video editing, and content creation to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce multimedia content including videos, motion graphics, animations, and photography

• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams on concepts for digital campaigns and branded content

• Edit high-quality video and audio content for Instagram and other platforms

• Create storyboards, shot lists, and production plans

• Participate in shoots: operate cameras, manage lighting and provide direction as needed

• Stay up to date on design trends, platform formats, and new storytelling techniques

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in multimedia design or content creation

• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Hands-on experience with camera, lighting, and sound equipment

• Excellent storytelling ability and an eye for visual detail

• Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously

• Bonus: Knowledge of 3D animation, illustration, or visual effects is a plus
