We are looking for a creative and results-driven Multimedia Content Creator to join a leading real estate brokerage in Dubai. This role is ideal for a talented visual storyteller who can produce high-impact multimedia content to showcase premium property listings and strengthen brand visibility across digital platforms.

You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling visual campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance the company’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality multimedia content including property videos, animations, reels, and interactive presentations.

• Develop engaging visual storytelling concepts to highlight property features, amenities, and lifestyle benefits.

• Manage the full production cycle from concept development, filming, editing, and post-production to final delivery.

• Edit and optimize existing content to improve performance across social media, websites, and digital campaigns.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align multimedia output with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

• Ensure timely delivery of content in a fast-paced real estate environment.

• Stay updated on emerging multimedia trends, tools, and digital marketing techniques.

• Capture on-site property footage when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or qualification in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field.

• Proven experience in multimedia content creation (real estate or property marketing experience preferred).

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and video editing software.

• Excellent visual storytelling skills and creative thinking ability.

• Strong attention to detail and high-quality output standards.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• UAE Driving License and own car required.

• Nationality requirement: Philippines.

• Gender requirement: Male.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
