Position Title: Multilingual Recruitment Specialist

About the Role:
Technest Support Center is expanding its recruitment team! We are looking for 3–4 motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialists fluent in Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, or Thai to support our global hiring operations. Ideal candidates will have strong regional networks and a track record in sourcing multilingual talent, particularly from Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes targeting multilingual candidates from Asia

• Leverage personal networks and sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates

• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs

• Maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles across key Asian markets

• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Fluency in Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, or Thai

• Strong network within one or more of these language-speaking communities

• Ability to source and recruit international candidates based on language and nationality

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
