INOI is hiring a Multilingual Recruiter to join its global talent acquisition team. This full-time role—open to both in-house and freelance professionals—is ideal for experienced recruiters fluent in English and one of the following languages: Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Swahili, Spanish, or French. The successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment across international markets, with a focus on the electronics distribution and fintech sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned regions and language markets
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and niche platforms
- Conduct screenings and interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
- Ensure a professional and culturally sensitive candidate experience
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment reports
- Monitor market trends and talent pools in relevant regions
- Share insights and collaborate with global hiring teams
Qualifications:
- Native-level fluency in one of the following: English, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Swahili, Spanish, or French
- Fluent English communication (written and verbal) is mandatory
- Proven experience recruiting in electronics distribution and/or fintech sectors
- Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search and niche platforms
- Experience recruiting across diverse geographies and cultures
- Highly organized with excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies independently
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRM tools (preferred)
