Health Nag, a fast-growing wellness brand featured on Shark Tank 2024, is hiring a Multilingual Customer Representative fluent in Arabic and English. This role is perfect for someone witty, emotionally intelligent, and customer-obsessed, with the ability to handle queries with empathy, humour, and clarity. You’ll be working six days a week in shifts, ensuring customers are cared for with a human, not robotic, touch.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries with warmth, empathy, and a dash of cheekiness.

Resolve issues like misplaced or delayed orders, reassuring customers with genuine care.

Know Health Nag’s product range inside out to offer accurate guidance.

Spot and de-escalate potential customer dissatisfaction or miscommunication.

Represent the brand voice—honest, witty, and results-driven—in every interaction.
Qualifications:

Fluency in Arabic and English.

Proven customer service experience with a human-centric approach.

Comfortable working 6 days a week in either morning or evening shifts.

Emotionally intelligent and adaptive to different customer tones and moods.

Fast learner with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to defuse difficult situations.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,500/month

Performance Bonus: AED 500–1,000/month based on CSAT, response time, and positive reviews
