We are hiring a Multi-Cuisine Chef for a full-time position in Dubai, UAE, with expertise in South Indian, North Indian, Tandoori, Tikka, and Grill dishes. The ideal candidate will bring authentic flavors, creative presentation, and high kitchen standards to a dynamic restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes like Dosa, Idli, Sambar, and Chettinad curries.

• Create flavorful North Indian dishes such as Butter Chicken, Dal Makhani, and Paneer specialties.

• Operate Tandoor ovens to prepare items like Tandoori Roti, Chicken Tikka, Kebabs, and other Tandoori delicacies.

• Grill a variety of meats and seafood including Chicken Grill, Mutton Chops, Fish Grill, and BBQ.

• Occasionally contribute to Multi-Cuisine options such as Indo-Chinese and Continental offerings.

• Ensure food consistency, hygiene, quality control, and appealing presentation at all times.

• Monitor kitchen inventory, handle procurement, and oversee kitchen maintenance and cleanliness.

• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff, maintaining a team-oriented and efficient work environment.

• Suggest seasonal or creative menu additions and manage kitchen costs and wastage.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar chef role, with deep knowledge of Tandoori and South Indian cooking.

• Certification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred.

• Skilled in using traditional cookware, grills, and tandoor ovens.

• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage busy service hours.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Multilingual: Tamil, Hindi, English.

• Prior experience in the UAE or GCC region.

• Modern presentation and plating skills.
