We are seeking a hands-on MT5/MT4 Administrator and Risk Manager to ensure smooth trading operations, responsible risk management, and excellent client service. This critical role combines technical administration of MetaTrader platforms with proactive risk monitoring and client support, built on principles of loyalty, transparency, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Risk & Trade Monitoring

• Monitor client trading positions in real-time across MT4 and MT5 platforms.

• Produce daily profit and loss (P/L) and reconciliation reports involving MT4 and third-party platforms.

• Detect anomalies, escalate urgent issues, and propose actionable risk mitigation measures.

Client Support

• Address and resolve trade and account queries directly with clients.

• Coordinate with liquidity providers, prime brokers, and banks to validate transactions.

System Administration

• Maintain MT4/MT5 servers, including installation and upgrades of plugins, ensuring feed stability.

• Configure trading symbols, securities, user groups, and management permissions.

• Troubleshoot server issues such as latency, price freezes, and gaps.

Back-Office Operations

• Manage account openings, fund allocations, and product setups for FX, CFDs, and cash equities.

• Handle corporate action processing and perform relevant reconciliations.

Process Improvement

• Stay current with updates to aggregators, bridges, and FIX protocols; recommend technical improvements.

• Train internal teams on MetaTrader functionalities and new releases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 3 years experience in FX/CFD/derivatives operations or risk management, specifically within MT4/MT5 environments.

• Deep understanding of MetaQuotes software suite (Desktop, Web, Mobile) and FIX protocol.

• Strong knowledge of cash equities, corporate actions, and post-trade workflows.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with confident client interaction.

• Demonstrated loyalty, integrity, and professional ethics.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.
