Wongaa FX, a rapidly growing, tech-driven financial services firm, is looking for a dedicated MT4/MT5 Administrator and Risk Manager to join its dynamic operations team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for a professional with strong experience in MetaTrader server management, real-time risk monitoring, and client trade operations.

In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing trading server stability, managing market and client risk exposure, supporting clients with trading-related queries, and continuously optimizing trading infrastructure and processes. Key Responsibilities:

Risk & Trade Monitoring:

• Monitor client positions and exposure in real-time across MT4/MT5 platforms.

• Generate daily P&L and reconciliation reports.

• Identify anomalies and escalate critical risk issues proactively.

Client Support:

• Investigate and resolve trading/account queries in coordination with clients.

• Liaise with liquidity providers, brokers, and banks to confirm transactions and maintain operational accuracy.

System Administration:

• Maintain and manage MT4/MT5 servers and trading infrastructure.

• Install and upgrade plugins, configure symbols, securities, groups, and permissions.

• Troubleshoot real-time platform issues such as latency, price gaps, or freezes.

Back-Office Operations:

• Perform account openings, allocations, and asset setup for FX, CFDs, and equities.

• Manage corporate actions and related reconciliation activities.

Process Improvement:

• Stay current on FIX protocol updates, liquidity bridges, and MetaTrader enhancements.

• Provide training to internal teams on MetaTrader tools and new feature rollouts.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FX/CFD/derivatives operations or risk management in an MT4/MT5 environment.

• Expert-level proficiency in MetaQuotes platforms (Desktop, Mobile, Web) and FIX protocol.

• Strong understanding of cash equities, post-trade workflows, and corporate actions.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• High ethical standards, loyalty, and integrity.

• Ability to work varying shifts (including early mornings or late evenings).
