Biogen is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for Alzheimer’s Disease in the Gulf region. This field-based role is key in engaging with Key Medical Experts (KMEs), Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and Health Care Organizations (HCOs) to enhance understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and Biogen’s therapies. The MSL will be involved in scientific discussions, educational initiatives, and collaboration with internal teams, supporting Biogen’s mission to advance Alzheimer’s care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with KMEs/HCPs, delivering scientific education on Alzheimer’s Disease.

• Support the healthcare community in the readiness to diagnose and manage Alzheimer’s disease.

• Facilitate scientific dialogues through advisory boards, educational forums, and other initiatives.

• Record interactions and track MSL activity in CRM systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams for training and strategy development.

• Participate in clinical trial execution and support Investigator-Initiated Trials (IITs).

• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations.

• Provide scientific presentations and stay current on relevant medical literature.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Medicine.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Medical Affairs or a clinical/scientific role.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to travel 50-70% of the time.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in neurology or immunology.

• International/local experience in healthcare systems.

• Knowledge of drug development and clinical research.
