Ericsson is seeking an IT Engineer Graduate to join their team to support IT services including operations support, system maintenance, and administration of customer systems. The role involves working at customer premises or remotely, providing support and maintenance of customer products/systems, validating change requests, diagnosing system anomalies, and ensuring optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain IT systems with third-party supervision

• Perform daily health checks and routine maintenance tasks

• Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and take necessary corrective actions

• Resolve customer trouble tickets and service requests

• Manage system dimensioning, capacity planning, and product selection support

• Write technical documentation regarding system impacts and changes

• Prepare, verify test results and develop test strategies

• Analyze test outcomes and share critical metrics with clients

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (IT, Telecommunications) or related field

• Strong presentation, communication, and administrative skills

• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Familiarity with Ericsson portfolio and technology applications

• Ability to meet customer expectations and deliver results

• Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills

• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory)

• Ability to follow processes and procedures effectively
