Whizz HR is seeking an enthusiastic Motion Graphic Designer to join their on-site team in Dubai. This role focuses on creating visually compelling designs for marketing materials, social media, websites, and product packaging, while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. The designer will collaborate closely with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive visual concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for social media, websites, product packaging, and advertisements in line with brand identity.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive visual concepts.

• Utilize design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Apply typography, color theory, and design principles to enhance marketing materials.

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual designs.

• Develop and execute visual concepts tailored for digital, print, and multimedia platforms.

• Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.

• Research and incorporate modern design trends into projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience with a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.

• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to evolving project requirements.

• Creative problem-solving skills and awareness of current design trends.
