Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Mortgage Consultant to join a leading property finance advisory firm in Dubai. The role involves advising clients on suitable mortgage solutions, managing the end-to-end mortgage process, and working closely with banks, real estate brokers, and legal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely home financing.

This position is ideal for professionals with strong knowledge of the UAE mortgage market who thrive in a consultative, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ financial profiles to recommend appropriate mortgage products and lending solutions

• Guide clients through the full mortgage application, approval, and completion process

• Liaise with banks, real estate agents, and legal professionals to ensure seamless transactions

• Stay informed on UAE mortgage regulations, banking policies, and market developments

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, lender requirements, and company policies

• Provide clear, transparent communication to clients throughout the mortgage journey

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Consultant, Mortgage Advisor, or similar role within banking or real estate

• Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage products, lending regulations, and property market dynamics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach

• Strong attention to detail with sound analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage

• Customer-centric mindset with a high level of professionalism and integrity

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 7,000 – 10,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

• Incentives: Attractive commission structure in addition to base salary
