Huspy, the fastest-growing proptech company in the EMEA region, is seeking a Mortgage Consultant to join our expanding team in Ras Al Khaimah. Founded in 2020 and backed by top-tier investors like Sequoia and Balderton, Huspy is transforming real estate with a one-stop super app for agents and mortgage brokers. As a Mortgage Consultant, you’ll be responsible for generating revenue, building strong agency partnerships, and guiding clients through the mortgage process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit and process mortgage files efficiently to drive company revenue.

• Recruit and onboard real estate agencies to the Huspy platform via outreach, networking, and presentations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners for long-term success.

• Acquire mortgage clients through personal networks and partner channels.

• Advise clients on suitable bank products, processes, and policies.

• Support clients throughout the mortgage journey, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to cross-functional projects.

• Uphold Huspy’s cultural values by supporting peers and promoting creative problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Local UAE market experience is mandatory.

• Proven sales and consulting background, preferably in mortgages or financial services.

• Strong network of real estate introducers and agents.

• Skilled in business development and client acquisition.

• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

• Capable of managing expectations and providing end-to-end mortgage guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A strong track record of success in independent mortgage sales.
