Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Technician with shop management and sales experience to join our team. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with at least 1 year of experience in mobile device repair and a passion for customer service and retail operations.
As a Mobile Technician & Shop Manager, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile phones and devices, managing daily shop operations, and assisting customers with sales and technical support. You’ll play a key role in maintaining service quality, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair a variety of mobile devices and smartphones.

Handle hardware and software issues including screen replacements, battery swaps, and system resets.

Manage day-to-day shop activities, including staff coordination, customer service, and inventory tracking.

Assist customers with product inquiries and recommend solutions or accessories.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service environment.

Track repairs, manage customer records, and ensure timely service delivery.
